Found a great plan and need a few changes? Give us a call!
Maybe you've found the perfect plan in our collection that simply needs a few changes or additions. Since most of our plans are custom homes, a particular design may have specialized features that differ from what you're looking for.
Perhaps you would prefer a screened porch, a hobby or a sun room, or maybe a basement foundation ... no problem. We can modify any of our existing plans to fit your needs. If you are interested in having one of our plans modified, please review the process below.
Plan Modification Process:
- Email or fax your contact information and a brief description of your desired changes.
- You will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss the desired changes, completion time-frame, and estimated design fees.
- Payment for the original plan (1 set), and 50% of the estimated modification fee must be received before additional design work can begin.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion prior to shipping.
Modification work is provided on an hourly basis starting at $55.00 per hour. Complex alterations may require an additional phone consultation fee.
Most Common Alterations: - side entry garage to front or rear entry,
- crawl space to basement or slab foundation,
- two-car garage to three-car garage,
- change exterior veneer,
- room additions or enlargement,
- change ceiling heights,
- change front elevation.
